Terms of service

These terms apply to every server rented from VPS Provider, operated by [Seller name, company number and registered address]. Last updated 3 November 2026.

The service

You rent a physical dedicated server for the billing period you choose: one day, one week or one month. The rental renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Reservation and payment

At checkout your card is saved through Stripe and nothing is charged. By completing checkout you authorise us to charge the price shown, for each billing period, starting when your server is ready and its login details are sent to you. We email you before the first charge. If we can't provide the server you reserved, nothing is charged and your card details are deleted from our account.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by replying to any of our emails. Before your server is ready, cancelling costs nothing. After that, the server runs until the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed.

Acceptable use

You're responsible for what runs on your server. Sending spam, attacking other systems, hosting malware or content that is illegal in the server's location are not allowed and lead to suspension without refund.

Liability

You're responsible for backing up your data. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the last billing period.
